Anat Baron is a former CEO and keynote speaker who helps organizations navigate AI transformation and the future of work. She’s best known for scaling Mike’s Hard Lemonade to over $200 million in revenue (despite being allergic to alcohol), establishing an entirely new beverage category in a hyper-competitive market. Her career spans executive leadership across consumer products, hospitality (Four Seasons, Holiday Inn, Radisson), entertainment (Hollywood producer and documentary filmmaker), and technology (founder of StashWall). Today, she delivers keynotes to companies and industry associations globally using her signature framework, “The Human + AI Equation.” Her approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real operator experience.
